Interior reconstruction of an existing two-family residence following a water loss. Work will include repairs and replacement of damaged finishes on the first and second floors, including: both kitchens, Bathrooms, two Bedrooms, Hallway. We will be installing sheetrock and insulation. The existing layout and use of the two-family residences will remain unchanged. No structural alterations, changes to the building footprint are proposed or exterior work. Plumbing and electrical work will be performed under separate permits by appropriately licensed P-1 plumbing and E-1 electrical contractors. Maintain/construct all required fire separations. Reviewed for code compliance as per Sects. R 106.3.1 and R 105.4 CSBC.
