Spa/Hot Tub

Adding hot tub to deck (as noted in permit B-26-01008). Attached includes the pre-install guide as well as depiction of location of hot tub. The hot tub cover has reinforced, adjustable straps to safely secure the spa cover. Each Hot Spring hot tub cover is UL-classified in accordance with ASTM safety standards and includes child safety locks for extra protection. Will be installed by electrician (see separate electrical permit application) with new 50 amp breaker using existing wiring that was installed when house was built for this purpose. Will also include disconnect/subpanel.
