Demo existing wall and all associated anchor, curbs electrical, plumbing, etc. Remove existing storefront, hardware, and frame, millwork, plumbing fixtures, and all existing flooring. Prep surface for new flooring system. Additional permit required for all new work. Reviewed for code compliance as per Sects. 107.3.1 and 105.4 CSBC. Protect public as per Chap.33 CSBC. C/A.
