Renovation of existing church kitchen, adjacent bathroom, and two additional bathrooms. Kitchen work includes removal of existing cabinets and flooring, installation of Schluter waterproofing, approximately 510 square feet of new tile flooring, new kitchen cabinets, tile backsplash, painting, plumbing connections, and electrical work for lighting, outlets, switches, and appliances. Adjacent bathroom work includes removal of existing wall and floor tile, drywall replacement and finishing, painting, plumbing connections, and electrical work. Two additional bathrooms will include removal of existing floor finishes, Schluter waterproofing, new tile flooring, new vanities, toilets, rubber baseboards, and plumbing connections. All work will remain within the existing building footprint with no structural alterations or expansion. Reviewed for code compliance as per Sects 107.3.1 and 105.4 CSBC. C/A.
