Selective demolition of existing walls, ceilings, finishes, fixtures, furniture, and equipment (FF&E), including associated electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems, within the existing ground-floor theater space. Existing fire protection and fire alarm systems shall remain in place and operational. Any other work will require additional permits. Certificate of Approval 2022 CSBC 2B A-1 Theater 55 Occ.
