Roofing

Remove existing roofing system down to sheathing, inspect and replace all rotted plywood found. Install 6 ft. of Ice & water barrier on all the edges of the roof. Install synthetic paper on the remaining areas. Install Protecto Tape on all the plywood seams. Install new white aluminum drip and rake edge. Install new roofing starter strips on all edges of the roof. Install new IKO Dynasty Frostone Grey Architectural shingles. Install new ridge caps matching shingles. Inspect and seal and replace if necessary , all metal, vents and pipe boots. Remove and reinstall properly all the gutters. Cut plywood at the ridge and install ridge vents for attic ventilation. Replace existing chimney flashing with lead material flashing. CA
