Roofing

Only a few selected sections of this roof system are being proposed for replacement. This is not for the entire house. The sections of roof replacement will be to remove shingles, install ice and water shield, plywood seam tape, synthetic paper, drip edge and cap shingles on the hips and ridges associated with those sections. Existing vent boxes will stay in place and act as current ventilation until remaining house is completed next year and then different attic ventilation may be implemented. This is for 9 squares worth of roof section replacement. CA
