Roofing

Remove and dispose of the existing asphalt shingle roofing system on approximately 1,614 square feet of roof area. Inspect the existing roof deck and replace any deteriorated or non-compliant sheathing as required. Install code-approved ice and water barrier, seam tape at roof-deck joints where required, approved roof underlayment, new aluminum drip edge at all eaves and rakes, starter shingles, asphalt shingles, ridge-cap shingles, ridge ventilation, one static roof vent, three pipe-flashing boots, chimney flashing, and required wall/step flashing. All work will be completed in accordance with the current Connecticut State Building Code, manufacturer installation requirements, and approved permit specifications. No structural alterations are proposed. CA
