The roof measures 74 ft x 32 ft for a total of approximately 25 squares of EPDM roofing The scope of work includes Complete removal and replacement of the existing roofing system. Inspection of all existing roof decking Any wood that is in good condition will remain, and any damaged or deteriorated wood will be replaced with new material. Installation of 3-inch insulation, secured with 5 inch screws and 3 x 3 insulation plates. Installation of new edge metal around the entire perimeter of the roof Installation of 3 x 4 termination strips where required Installation of new gutters and new pipe boots for all roof vent pipes Installation of new chimney flashing and metal around the chimney to ensure a watertight seal Use of high-quality bonding adhesive and specialty sealants to provide a durable long-lasting waterproof roofing system Installation of a 1/4-inch EPDM rubber membrane for maximum durability and long-term performance
