This application is being submitted to obtain an after-the-fact building permit to recognize work that was completed without a permit and to resolve previous code violations. I am currently in the process of purchasing this property and want to ensure that all outstanding building and code matters are properly addressed before the purchase is completed.\n\nI have been a tenant at this property for more than eight (8) years. During my entire tenancy, I have never observed or used a pool, deck, or basement dwelling unit. The owner removed the pool, deck, and the basement kitchen and bathroom years ago, before I became a tenant. Throughout the more than eight years I have lived at the property, the basement has only been used for storage and laundry and has never been used as a dwelling unit.\n\nI respectfully request an inspection to verify the propertys current condition, recognize the work that has already been completed, and confirm that the previous violations have been corrected. My goal is to ensure the property is fully compliant with all applicable building and safety requirements before the purchase is finalized. If any additional corrections are required, I would sincerely appreciate being informed so they can be addressed promptly. Thank you for your time, assistance, and consideration.please contact me if theres any concern (203)390-1836 Edison Rodriguez
