Perform exploratory interior demolition by gutting all three floors of the structure. Remove all fire-damaged materials and debris as necessary to expose the structural framing for inspection and evaluation. Dispose of all demolition debris in accordance with applicable local, state, and environmental regulations. Any other work will require additional permits.
