I am remodeling an existing bathroom from the 1970s. I am keeping it all in the same footprint as the existing fittings and will reuse the same tub and toilet. I will replace the floor, insulation, drywall, tiles and bathroom vanity. I am adding a new showerhead, wall sconces, vanity hardware, exhaust fan, mirror and fittings like towel racks, etc. I will not be relocating plumbing or other fixtures. Maintain smoke and Co.
