This project was previously reviewed by Da O'Neil in 2019 and approved under permit number TB-19-1195. Inspections for foundation, footing, and rebar were completed under the previous permit in 2020. Rehab-Non-Residential Project is a Mikvah (ritual bath) for use by the local Jewish community. It is an interior renovation of a portion of the lower level of our existing building. Approximately 3750sf overall area. The Mikvah needs to comply with the 2021 ISPSC Pool and Spa code. Any other work will require additional permits.
