Deck

Replace railings and decking on back decks (1st, 2nd, and 3rd floor decks), extend 1st floor deck by 10 feet for the current width of the deck (29 feet). This addition/extension, will have stairs recessed into the extended portion of the deck (in the center where they are currently located). There will also be a hot tub placed on the deck (on the extended portion of the deck, right side if you are facing the home). Deck addition/extension will be reinforced as indicated on the attached site plan. Reinforcements include triple beams, double joists with brackets, and tubes set 42 inches deep with posts and brackets. Note: The picture in your system of my property is incorrect.
