The project consists of the replacement, refurbishment, and installation of exterior signage and associated drive thru components at Dunkin, 255 Kimberly Ave, New Haven, CT 06519, including the removal and installation of qty 1 face lit channel letter set with backer panel approx 28.13 sq ft, qty 1 face lit channel letter set approx 21.54 sq ft, and qty 1 face lit channel letter logo approx 6.45 sq ft, all internally illuminated and mounted to the building facade, installation of qty 1 set of non illuminated routed PVC dimensional letters reading NEW HAVEN DUNKIN approx 22.23 sq ft, installation of qty 2 double sided internally illuminated directional signs totaling 4 faces approx 2.75 sq ft per sign with Welcome Back and See You Soon graphics, refurbishment of qty 1 existing double sided ground sign with 2 faces approx 36 sq ft including replacement of faces and repainting of the existing structure, installation of drive thru components including qty 1 stand alone canopy with integrated LED lighting, qty 1 all in one speaker tower with integrated digital menu board enclosures, and qty 1 double lane height detector approx 12 ft 6 in overall height, and installation of associated anchor bolt assemblies including qty 2 at 8 in on center for the height detector and speaker tower and qty 2 at 12 in on center for the canopy.\n\nCSBC2022 CA
