The Yale Jonathan Edwards Project is a phased renovation to be performed during Summer 2026 and Summer 2027 in an existing residential building. Interior work includes non-structural maintenance and finish upgrades in the dormitory, stairwells, and common areas. Scope consists of sanding and refinishing existing wood floors, and painting of walls, ceilings, doors, and miscellaneous metals. Additional work includes general cleaning of bathrooms, windows, and similar areas. The project also includes the installation of additional fire alarm devices and wiring to supplement the existing fire alarm system. Exterior work includes masonry cleaning, masonry repointing at selected facade areas, as well as selective replacement of masonry at chimney locations.
