Expedited permit request due to active roof leak. Remove and replace approximately 1,600 SF of upper flat roof only. Tear off 2 existing roof layers, inspect decking and replace damaged decking in kind/same thickness as needed, install 1/2 inch insulation and new 60 mil JM EPDM roofing system with related flashing, edge metal, chimney flashing, and penetration waterproofing. Replace 2 existing skylights with new VELUX fixed skylights including flashing kits. No structural changes CA
