Wood construction with Nichiha siding, EPDM Roof, CMU Elevator shafts, concrete slabs and minor steel columns and beams on the 2nd floor. Includes rated shafts for elevator, trash chute and venting to the roof. Generator and PV Panels, as well as HVAC units and exhaust fans, on the roof.
