Build temporary supports for existing load bearing walls and support previous demo flooring to make the existing structure a safe working environment for any work to proceed on site. Remove the existing slab on grade and install new sub grade with compacted 3/4 compacted crushed stone with 10-mil poly vapor barrier and 6 inch reinforced slab on grade. Pour new footings in basement to support new proposed lally columns and microllam LVL supporting load bearing walls. Install new floor framing to meet code requirements in the first floor where flooring is missing.
