CHANGE OF USE

Admin Change of Use Permit- 222 E. Main Street: The 1,450 sf tenant space, formerly occupied by Trustco Bank, is located in the CB-2 Zoning District, with seven parking spaces allocated to former use. The proposed, Mathnasium educational facility is a permitted use under 110-16(B)(1)(I), requiring 0.5 parking spaces per student and one space per staff member. Occupancy is limited to 5 students and 2 staff members at any time. Any increase in the permitted intensity of use will require Site Plan approval from the Planning Board.
