CHANGE OF USE

Admin Change of Use- 111 Main Street is located in the CB-2 Zoning District . The previous use was retail associated with the dentist office on the 2nd floor & 3rd floor of the building. Proposed is "Toy Box", classified also as retail/office use. Because there is no parking requirement for a 1st floor tenant space in the DOD, the parking is not an issue. There was a concern regarding parking and traffic during the holiday season; however the Village Planner felt it would not be an issue. Conditions of Approval: Please re-stripe the ADA compliant parking space and access aisle. Disabled parking sign must also be erected. All employees must park off-site in a municipal lot.
