STREET OPENING PERMIT to permit (1) one cut totaling 39 sq. ft. (13' x 3') to install new 2" water line for (3) three new townhouses. Refundable deposit received 9/1/2026, $2,500, Ch# VV070, Rec #37094. Conditions: 1. All road plates must be recessed 2. Permit is valid for 90 days 3. Pre-construction meeting with Highway Foreman (666-8193) required at least 48 hours prior to the commencement of work. 4. Pavement must be saw cut prior to excavation 5. All non-temporary raised plates shall be pinned and black-topped around them to secure plates 6. A temporary 3” thick hot asphalt patch is required immediately after work is completed 7. Call Highway Foreman for inspection prior to backfill and upon completion 8. Permanent pavement restoration is to be completed as per attached specs within 60 days of the start of work. Con Edison or its contractor shall be obligated to restore the excavated area in accordance with the Village of Mount Kisco’s Right of Way Regulations and Restoration Specifications 9. Highway Department must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the permanent restoration 10. Work area shall be cleaned completely at the end of each work day.
