Proposed is "Mount Kisco House of Music (also DBA; studio Legato)" classified as an educational & training facility (principal permitted use) pursuant to 110-21 B(1)(b). Educational & training facilites of this type require 1 space per 2 students &1 space for each instructor.The business proposal indicates a maximum of 2 students at a time & 2 instructors. The previous personal services establishment requied 6 spaces & the proposed use will require 3 spaces. While this property does not have an approved site plan, the change of use will not increase intensity. The maximum limits for the proposed use shall be as follows: No more than 2 students are premitted at any one time.
