COMMERCIAL ADDITIONS/ ALTERATIONS

Interior renovation and expansion of existing restaurant kitchen. Demolition and construction of new non-load bearing interior partitions, interior doors, interior finishes, and equipment in kitchen only. Existing dining area not in scope. Conditions: -Separate electrical permit required -Separate plumbing permit required -Fire suppression systems test required to verify repurposed strobes are properly functioning.
