Master room Post construction the property owner has applied for the installation of a heat pump located on the street side of the home. Outdoor unit is bolted to the concrete wall. Applicant, please submit the following information: A.) A sketch showing outdoor unit on front of home with distance from there to street curb. B.) A file of product install instructions. C.) Specific brand and model number of outdoor unit. D.) The brand and model number of aftermarket emergency drain pan overflow switch installed onto the indoor unit (required but not typically provided by equipment manufacturer). E.) Brand and model of the electrical panel feeding this hvac unit. F.) Circuit breaker brand, model type and size. G.) This breaker is on the approved list printed inside the panel cover door? H.) Wire type and size from circuit breaker to outdoor unit. I.) There is a 120 volt outdoor outlet within 25' of outdoor unit? BO Notes: Installation was already done. Inspection will need to be verification of all equipment, pricing out equipment and labor, whether or not equipment is appropriate, and then submission of fees for actual value of work.
