Mechanical - Chimney Liner

Partially taking down chimney, 400-500 bricks, rebuilding with new materials, matching the old brick as best as possible. Replacing the flashing with new material. Rebuilding the crown with new cement. Install one high-quality, stainless steel cap. Removing the existing smoke pipe and installing a new smoke pipe up to 6' in length. Installing one 5.5 up to 30'-45' double wall smooth wall UL listed 316TI liner.
