Electrical - Generator

The 14 KW Generator will be permanently installed on an exterior concrete or composite pad in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local code requirements. A 200-amp automatic transfer switch will be installed between the existing utility meter and the main service panel. The ATS will automatically transfer electrical load from utility power to generator power during an outage and return to utility power when restored. All electrical connections, grounding, bonding, and conductors will comply with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local amendments.
