Building - Roof Strip Re-Roof

Remove existing 1 layer of shingles & dispose. Inspect/Replace any any rotted sheathing as needed to match if replacement is needed, tape all seams in the plywood. Install ice & water barrier 2' from warm walls, all eaves, rakes & valleys. Install synthetic underlayment, starter shingles, drip edge, ridge vent & flashing as required. Install new asphalt shingles.
