Building - Roof Strip Re-Roof

Remove existing roofing materials and replace with GAF Timberline HDZ architectural shingles, including synthetic underlayment, ice and water shield, starter strips, ridge vents, ridge caps, drip edge, flashing, vent boots, and plywood seam tape as required. Install modified bitumen rolled roofing on designated front and rear roof sections. Inspect roof decking and replace damaged wood as needed. Remove existing gutters, replace front and rear fascia boards, and wrap new fascia and any unwrapped rake boards with white aluminum coil. All work to meet applicable building codes and manufacturer specifications. Contractor to provide dumpster, debris removal, site cleanup, necessary permits, and final inspection.
