emergency demo in upper level bathroom and kitchen below due to a burst pipe rebuild will include new subfloor in bathroom, new shower, sheetrock, and flooring kitchen will include new subfloor, floor joists because original ones were built of 2x4's we need to reframe with 2x6's, new cabinets, counters, sheetrock, and flooring.
