Building - Roof Strip Re-Roof

Remove and replace existing asphalt shingle roofing on main residence. Install new asphalt shingle roofing system with underlayment, ice and water protection, drip edge and associated flashing. Replace two pipe boots and reflash two chimneys with new lead flashing. Construct new cricket behind chimney. Replace up to two sheets of damaged or unsuitable roof decking as needed. Remove selected existing trim as necessary for proper roof-to-wall flashing and install new PVC trim at designated areas. Existing main roof footprint to remain unchanged.
