Building - Deck

Construct new 12 ft by 25 ft pressure treated wood deck addition connected to existing rear deck structures. Existing decks and framing to remain. New deck will be approximately 42 inches above grade and framed with 2 by 10 pressure treated joists, double 2 by 10 pressure treated beam, and five 6 by 6 pressure treated support posts on concrete footings. Install approved joist hangers, hurricane ties, post bases, post to beam connectors, galvanized structural fasteners, ledger fasteners, and required flashing. Install white vinyl guard railing with black aluminum balusters. Construct an 8 ft wide staircase centered on the backyard side of the new deck. New deck area is approximately 300 square feet.
