Building - Addition

1st floor bedroom, bathroom and living room addition. 2nd floor storage. Roofing and concrete to be done by subcontractor under this building permit. Plan to include a new frost protected footing and foundation wall for building extension. Homeowner working this morning on a drawing to submit today. Homeowner has separate plumbing application and plans to verify those requirements prior to starting work. BO Notes: 8/13/26 ok phased approval. Foundation ok to start at his time. Foundation only until rest of addition (mainly framing) is approved.
