From the filingstrip entire roof, cover entire roof with ice and water. install new arc. shingles. six nails per shingle. square count approximately 10 remove tube install new handycap shower unit. remove siding. install new house rap,tape all seams. install new 3/8 ths insulation board, tape all seams. install new double 4 siding. cover all trim with aluminum. install new bulk head door.
