Building - Roof Strip Re-Roof

1. Strip and remove existing shingles on home to decking: 1 layer 3100 sq ft 2. If there is existing plywood decking, seams will be taped with 4 inch joint tape. Existing decking:Plywood 3. Extra wide F-8 aluminum drip edge will be installed on eaves and rakes. Color: White 4. Install Owens Corning Rhino Ice and Water Barrier on six feet on first course, on intersecting roof sections, in valleys and all areas prone to leaking. 5. Install Owens Corning Starter Strip Plus on eaves and rakes. 6. Install Owens Corning Pro Armor wide synthetic underlayment with reinforced fiberglass. 7. Install architectural Owens Corning Shingle.Duration Color: Chateau Green 8. Install Owens Corning ProEdge Ridge Cap Shingles in all ridges and hips same color as shingle choice. 9. Install new seamless never leak vent boots around vent pipe. Number: 1 10. Additional vents will be replaced: 2 Black Broan Vents 11. Properly step flash around chimney and install new lead counter flashing. Number of sides on chimney 0 12. Ventilation is properly working and will not be modified. 13. Current Ventilation on the house : Vented Soffit / Ridge
