Composite deck boards to be less than 200 flame spread and 400 smoke spread. Is ok for 16 inch on center. Stairs over 3 rises to have compliant railing. Contractor is still working with tables from chapter 5 regarding footing size, beam spans and joist spans, will ensure compliance. Pool fence being done as well.
