Alterations and Renovations

After-the-fact legalization of interior alterations to an existing detached garage, including private residential sauna, spa, cold-plunge, dressing, sitting and lounge areas; plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems; and an approximately 110-square-foot exterior deck, in accordance with the approved plans prepared by ERIC KNUTE OSBORN, RA, dated 7/29/2026. Note: The structure and all facilities therein shall be used solely as a private residential accessory use by the property owner, household occupants and their private guests. Commercial use, rental use, memberships, paid services, public access, employees, appointments are prohibited.
