Alterations and Renovations

Interior alteration to finish approximately 493 square feet of existing basement space in a one-family dwelling. Work includes construction of finished recreation room, full bathroom, laundry area, closet, installation of new interior non-load-bearing partitions, insulation, gypsum board and interior finishes, electrical work, plumbing work, installation of a ductless mini-split heat pump system, required smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, artificial lighting, and installation of an egress window and window well, together with all other work shown on the approved plans. No separate dwelling unit is authorized under this permit.
