Alterations and Renovations

Update bathroom fixtures, all locations staying the same, new electrical. Demo the 2nd floor bathroom to the studs. Remove the soffit above the shower. Dispose of all debris. The existing tub is staying. Supply and install a new window. Supply & install new 6-panel hallow door slab Install new insulation on the exterior wall, and spray foam around the window. Run rough electrical for the following: two GFI's, fan/light exhaust combo, shower light, vanity light, switches. A rough electrical inspection will be done. Rough plumbing will be done. Frame for niche no bigger than 14"H x 24"W Install new moisture-resistant drywall, tape, spackle, prime, and paint one color. The ceiling will be white. All trim semi-gloss white Pre-installation material will be installed and waterproofed for the preparation of tile on the floor and shower walls. Shower walls will be tiled approximately 6' from the tub with 3x6 white subway tile in staggered or a brick lay. Floor tile will be laid vertically or horizontally. Grout, caulk, and silicone to finish.
