Building Permit

Direct replacement of one (1) air condenser as per code. All exterior mechanical equipment shall be fully screened from public view from both street frontages and must maintain a minimum three (3) foot setback from adjacent side and rear yard property line. FINAL INSPECTIONS ARE REQUIRED AFTER INSTALLATION. INSPECTIONS MUST BE SCHEDULED TWENTY-FOUR (24) TO FORTY-EIGHT (48) HOURS IN ADVANCE, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, 9:30 AM TO 3:30 PM ONLY.
