Building Permit

The construction of a 19.58 x 56.5 (oa) (1,106 sf) one (1) story addition to an existing two (2) story (type IIB) (fire sprinklered) building to accommodate the use of existing tenant "Piri Piri", interior alterations to existing first floor to create an ADA bathroom as per plans prepared by Emilio Susa R.A. 2/3/25. *Any modifications to existing fire alarm/sprinkler system must be approved by the NCFM. *No HVAC filed under this permit. *An amendment must be submitted for the required hood and fire suppression system for interior and exterior BBQ areas and must be approved by the NCFM prior to issuance of certificate.
