Demo Permit

The demolition and immediate debris removal of a two (2) story commercial building as per code. No material is to be left on site. Building inspection required upon completion. *Temporary construction fence is required to surround the building during demolition. *A sidewalk bridge to be erected on Third St. prior to demolition to protect pedestrian access. *Flaggers must be on site to direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic. *This permit does not allow the removal of the light pole in question with the Village DPW. *Payment must be made for required sewer upgrades associated with the proposed building within 30 days of issuance of demo permit.
