ZON - Addition/Alteration

The existing garage will be removed. In its place will be a 14' x 30' addition to the back of the house. The addition will have a full basement with a Bilco door entry. Above the basement will be 2 floors and the roofline will match the middle section of the house. All new windows will match the existing windows with a 6 over 6 grille patterns. There will be 12' x 26' covered screened porch attached to the back of the new addition. The existing shed will be replaced with a 12' x 24' garage. At the back of the garage building will be a covered roof area 10'x 11'
