3 bathrooms are being remodeled. There are 2 full bathrooms on the main floor and 1 half bath in the basement. All plumbing fixtures are staying in the same place. listed below is the scope of work that I'm doing: -MASTER BATH- Removing the 1 piece fiber glass shower stall and installing a new shower valve and replacing the drain for a new tiled shower. Stubbing out new water piping and new valves for the toilet and sink. Drains and vents will stay the same. -MAIN FLOOR HALL BATH- Removing the 1 piece fiberglass tub unit, installing a new shower valve and a cast iron tub. Stub out new water lines lines with valves for the toilet and sink. The drains and the vents are staying in the same location. -BASEMENT HALFG BATH- Removing the sink and toilet for sheetrock and floor work.
