Remove and replace three fan powered vav boxes (From building VAV box inventory) Remove and relocate two cooling only vav boxes, remove one and save for future Remove vav box and ductwork over new demising wall Cap existing pneumatic lines and remove existing pneumatic controls. Add Delta controls to three new and four existing VAV boxes. Communication control and space sensor wiring. Reclaim refrigerant from existing ductless unit. Remove and cap refrigerant lines Remove ductless split unit and properly dispose Cut and remove duct not required by our design. Add new duct as needed Heating hot water piping to three new heating VAV boxes Reinstall ten perimeter slot diffusers Add eighteen ceiling diffusers and twenty-three return air grilles Add four return air sleeves with fire dampers Insulate new only hot water piping and supply ductwork Air balance
