Boiler/Furnace Replacement

Disconnect and safe off existing oil fired furnace. Remove existing oil tank. Owner to remove furnace, ductwork, old chimney and water heater. Install new American Standard high efficiency gas furnace in attic with new ductwork. Install new American Standard A/C coil and condenser. Install new Rinnai on demand tankless water heater in attic. Install new propane gas piping from furnace and water heater to outside propane tank.
