Remove existing furnace, condensing unit, & coil and dispose of - Install new furnace and evaporator coil in the same location - Adapt new furnace to existing PVC venting - Install new air conditioning coil in same location - Install new supply air trunklines for first floor and second floor (two zones) - Run new supply air ducting to existing first floor air register locations - Adapt existing second floor ducting to new second floor trunkline - Tie-in return air trunkline(s) to new furnace - Install two zone kit - panel, control dampers and thermostats - Replace line set and charge to manufacturer specification with R454b refrigerant - Start-up system and check operation to confirm maximum performance and efficiency
