- Remove and dispose of existing equipment - Install new outdoor condenser in same location on pad and riser - Replace electrical whip & disconnect - Install new furnace and evaporator coil, adapt & seal to existing ductwork - Replace refrigerant lineset and charge to manufacturer specification with R454b refrigerant - Replace zone panel and thermostats - Re-using existing zone dampers - Start-up system and check operation to confirm maximum performance and efficiency
