MDG Benefits Remove and replace three fan powered vav boxes (From building VAV box inventory) Remove one cooling only and one heating vav box, save cooling box for future Remove vav box and ductwork over new demising wall Cap existing pneumatic lines and remove existing pneumatic controls. Add Delta controls to three new and one existing VAV boxes. Communication control and space sensor wiring. Cut and remove duct not required by our design. Add new duct as needed Heating hot water piping to three new heating VAV boxes Reinstall eleven perimeter slot diffusers Add ten ceiling diffusers and fifteen return air grilles Insulate only new hot water piping and supply ductwork Air balance Permit
