Demo existing supply air plenum to allow installation of new 20inch high evaporator coil, adapt and seal to existing supply air trunklines\n- Run new refrigeration lineset from furnace, through crawlspace to below rear deck and to condenser which will be in back of house\n- Install new condenser on pad and riser\n- Replace thermostat and add secondary temperature sensor to the second floor\n- Start-up system and test for proper operation for maximum efficiency
